Terms of Service

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account.
• Give accurate information and keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• If you use the Service for a company, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms for it.
• Guest passes and partner programs (for example, an AI coach offered through a course provider) may come with additional rules from the person or partner who gave you access.

Memberships are offered as Essentials ($29 per month), Growth ($79 per month) and Scale ($199 per month), with yearly options billed at ten months' price. What each plan includes is shown on the Pricing page; prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude any applicable taxes.

• Automatic renewal. Memberships renew automatically each month or year and are charged to your payment method until you cancel.
• Monthly allowances. Task runs, Digital Expert video minutes and trailers included with a plan reset at the start of each billing month. Unused monthly allowances do not roll over.
• Purchased add-ons. Extra video minutes and trailer credits you buy separately do not expire and are used after your monthly allowance.
• Task runs. A task run is one finished deliverable from a Task Agent and includes three revision requests. A task that fails to finish does not use a run.
• Video minutes. Expert conversation time is measured from the call and deducted when the call ends.
• Changes and cancellation. You can change or cancel your plan anytime from Manage billing on your Account page. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
• Refunds. Fees already paid are not refundable, except where required by law or where we agree otherwise in writing.
• Price changes. We will tell you before a price change applies to your membership, and it takes effect at your next renewal.

An eligible first subscription may include a 7-day free trial. A payment card is required, one trial is allowed per person and per card, and trial allowances are limited (up to 15 task runs, 10 video minutes, 1 trailer and 2 reshoots per trial trailer). Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your selected plan starts and is charged automatically. You can also start your plan early to unlock its full allowance.

• Digital Experts, Task Agents and the Concierge are artificial intelligence. AI Experts are not real people, even when modeled on a real person's likeness, voice or expertise.
• Results can contain mistakes, omissions or out-of-date information. Check important facts, figures, deadlines and citations against the original sources before you rely on them.
• Results are for information and planning. They are not legal, financial, tax, medical, mental-health or other professional advice, and they do not create a professional relationship. Consult a qualified professional for decisions in those areas.
• Government contracting, grant, job and real estate results do not guarantee an award, a hire, a sale or compliance with any program's rules; you remain responsible for your submissions and decisions.
• Task Agents start only when you ask for one or approve an expert's suggestion. You decide what to do with every result.

You keep ownership of what you upload or type ("Your Content") and, as between you and us, of the reports, documents, images and videos the Service produces for you ("Results"). You give us permission to store and process Your Content only to run the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not use Your Content to train AI models.

You confirm you have the rights to anything you upload, including scripts, photos of people, resumes and solicitation documents.

The Service itself, including its software, expert personas, designs and branding, belongs to EBA and its licensors. These terms do not give you rights to it beyond using the Service.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• break any law, or infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights;
• create sexual, hateful, harassing, threatening or violent content, or anything that exploits or endangers minors;
• impersonate a real person, or create misleading likenesses, deepfakes or disinformation;
• submit fraudulent bids, grant applications, resumes or listings, or discriminate in housing, hiring or lending;
• attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or get around the Service's limits, safeguards or security, or access another member's data;
• resell, share or automate access to your account beyond what your plan allows.

We may decline a request, remove content, or suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

We work to keep the Service available and improving, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". Features, agents and experts may change, be added or be retired. If we make a material change to these terms, we will update the date above and let members know before it takes effect.

To the fullest extent the law allows, EBA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, contracts or opportunities, arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its Results. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim arose.

You agree to cover EBA for claims arising from your content or your breach of these terms.

You can cancel your membership anytime and ask us to delete your account by emailing info@agentalis.ai. Sections 4, 5, 8 and this section continue to apply after your account ends.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that we cannot resolve informally will be handled exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you and EBA agree to those courts' jurisdiction.
