Privacy Policy

• Account details: your name, email address and sign-in information.
• Business profile: company details you choose to save so experts and agents can tailor their work.
• Your content: documents, links, photos, scripts and resumes you upload, instructions you type, and the reports, images and videos produced for you.
• Conversations: transcripts of your Digital Expert calls and Concierge chats, and short session notes that let experts remember earlier conversations with you.
• Camera and microphone: during a live call, your audio, and your video if you turn your camera on (calls start with the camera off). They are used live to run the conversation; we keep the transcript, not a recording of your camera.
• Billing: your plan, purchases and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.
• Usage and security records: task runs, minutes used, sign-in times, device and browser information, and an activity log used for support and security.
• Visitors: if you request an expert test drive or send us a message, the name and email you give us, plus limited browser and network signals used to prevent abuse.

• To run the Service: hold expert conversations, run the Task Agents you request, research on your behalf and save results to My Library.
• To give experts continuity, so they remember your earlier sessions and recent task results.
• To manage memberships, trials, allowances and payments, and to send account and billing emails.
• To provide support, keep the Service secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and fix problems.
• To understand overall use so we can improve the Service.

We do not sell your personal information, use it for targeted advertising, or use your content to train AI models.

• Service providers that host, process and deliver the Service for us (for example cloud hosting, AI processing, video and voice delivery, web research, email and payments), only as needed to provide it and under confidentiality obligations.
• Partners who gave you access. If you use the Service through a partner program, the partner receives usage information such as minutes used and whether your access is active, but not the content of your conversations.
• Legal reasons. When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and security of our members, the public or EBA.
• Business changes. If EBA is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, under this policy's protections.

Your conversations, documents and results are tied to your account and are never shown to other members.

We use browser storage and essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your settings. We do not use advertising cookies. If we add website analytics to measure visits, we will update this policy first.

We keep your information while your account is active. Results stay in My Library until you delete them. After you ask us to delete your account, we delete or anonymize your information within 30 days, except records we must keep for billing, tax, legal or security reasons.

• View, update or delete your business profile and saved items from your account at any time.
• Keep your camera off during calls, and choose which documents to share.
• Ask for a copy of your information, a correction, or deletion of your account by emailing info@agentalis.ai.
• Unsubscribe from non-essential emails using the link in those emails.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights; we will honor them as the law requires.

Information is encrypted in transit, uploads are stored privately in your own account area, access is restricted to authorized staff, and administrative actions are logged. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and keep it private.

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
