Billing questions
What counts as a task run?+
One finished deliverable from a Task Agent. Each run includes 3 revision requests; a 4th change starts a new run. Questions the agent asks before finishing never count.
Do bought minutes and trailer credits expire?+
No. Monthly allowances reset each billing month, but anything you buy stays until you use it.
Can I change or cancel my plan?+
Yes, anytime from Manage billing on your Account page. Changes take effect right away, and cancelling keeps access until the end of the period.
Do you accept promotion codes?+
Yes — enter your code on the checkout page.
Is yearly billing cheaper?+
Yearly plans cost ten months' price, so you get two months free.
